Employee Assistance Program (EAP) | The Employee Assistance Program (EAP)1 is self-funded by the Plan and is available for all participants. This benefit offers free, confidential help to eligible employees and their eligible family members with alcohol or drug problems (illegal or prescription).

Note that EAP benefits are not applied to deductibles or to annual or lifetime maximums for the Comprehensive Medical Benefit.

In-Network: 90% of contract rate, after deductible
