1.4 Continuation of Trust Fund

U.A. Local No. 447 Pension Trust Fund, an irrevocable trust, is hereby continued in existence for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Participants and their Beneficiaries, and such other persons including without limitation full-time paid employees of the Union as may be admitted to coverage by the Trustees upon the same terms and conditions as employees of the Employers.
