2.2 "Active Member"

"Active Member" means any member who has worked continuously under the Pension Plan for at least one hundred twenty-five (125) hours during the Plan Year prior to his or her retirement, except for times during which he or she failed to work by reasons of (a) physical disability, (b) strike or lock-out, (c) absence on account of military service, (d) other reasons deemed valid by the Trustees.
