2.7 "Collective Bargaining Agreement"
"Collective Bargaining Agreement" means
any agreement in writing entered into by the Union with any Employer, as an
employer is defined in the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, as amended
(29 U.S.C. 141 et seq.), covering wages, rates of pay, hours of labor, or other
conditions of employment, or any employees represented for the purposes of
collective bargaining by the Union, and which agreement provides for payment by
an Employer into this Trust Fund.
