2.12 "Employee"

"Employee" means a person who has worked, or is working, for one or more Employers under the terms of Collective Bargaining Agreements negotiated by Local Union No. 447 with such Employers, or on any contiguous employment not covered by any collective bargaining contract with Local Union No. 447 but for which the Employee is entitled to be compensated by such Employer.
