2.14 "Employer Organization"

"Employer Organization" means any association, incorporated or unincorporated, of Employers, all or some of whom employ Employees represented by the Union and who are obligated to make payments into this Trust Fund. The Mechanical Contractors Association of Sacramento shall be included as an Employer Organization together with the Associated Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors of Sacramento, Inc.
