2.20 "Noncovered Plumbing and Piping Industry Service"

"Noncovered Plumbing and Piping Industry Service" shall mean Plumbing and Piping Industry work within the State of California for an employer which does not have, or self-employment which is not covered by, a Collective Bargaining Agreement with a Local Union affiliated with the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing, Heating and Piping Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO, which agreement requires contributions to this Plan or a related Plan.
