2.22 "Participant"

"Participant" means any Employee or former Employee of an Employer who meets the Participant provisions of Section 3.1 and who is eligible to receive any type of benefit from this Trust Fund as provided in the Pension Plan, including the provision thereof regarding qualification and eligibility and vesting, or whose Beneficiaries may be, or become, eligible to receive any such benefit. "Participant" shall also mean and include the Business Manager and the Business Agents of U.A. Local Union No. 447. Participant shall not include any Employee excluded from participation under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
