3.6 Suspense Participant

A Suspense Participant shall be held in a suspense account until such time as the Participant has at least three hundred seventy-five (375) Hours of Service during a Plan Year or until a Break in Service occurs. However, for Plan Years after July 1, 1986, a Suspense Participant shall be held in a suspense account until such time as the Participant has at least three hundred (300) Hours of Service during a Plan Year or until a Break in Service occurs.
