6/2/2004 Vacation Union Bank of California - This letter gives information on your vacation account at Union Bank.
Notice to Vacation Plan Participants - Unfortunately, we are unable to establish a new account on your behalf at Union Bank. To establish your account, please visit the Union Bank downtown branch located at 700 "L" Street, or call Clinton at 916-321-3164.
If you do not establish an account with Union Bank your vacation account balance will be distributed to you on the second Saturday in December. Please refer to the Summary Plan Description for Plan rules.
